RCDC Limited has a contract with a major New Zealand group Building Company to supply Contract Draughting Services for the whole of the North Island.

This involves everything from design concepts through to finished permitted working drawings.

We have been working with Estimating Services related Draughting Division for an outsourcing resource for 3 years now. The team has been trained intensely on a stage by stage basis both by us supplying training staff who have spent lengthy periods in their offices and by some of their staff spending periods in our office.

The team are at a stage now where we can rely on them to complete a whole project and we just give the final QA back in New Zealand. We find the team to be very keen to learn and improve their skills.

Their desire to succeed in their chosen occupation is truly something that has amazed us and a major reason why we have ensured that this relationship will carry on to the long term future.

Unfortunately at the moment the workload in the New Zealand market is very lite so we can not keep them fully occupied, so we are happy to endorse them in their expansion in to the Australian market.
