Increase Access to Customers
We now offer our building materials quote services to Builders and Home Owners and give them the option whether they would like us to approach their preferred merchant on their behalf to quote for them. This new service increases merchant’s opportunity to price work for potential clients that may not have been accessible previously. Obviously the numbers game works and the higher access to potential clients should increase strike rates accordingly. One of the main problems we hear from our current clients is that they get different quotes from all the different merchants they take their plans into and are not able to compare 'apples for apples'. Having the ability to receive the same quote for pricing, increases the chance of being more competitive in the marketplace.
Online Systems
Our new Online System is leading the way in estimating services; we give merchant’s access to a 'Quote Tracker' which enables all jobs to be tracked for progress at every stage. This is a pass worded secure system. We have 8 different tracking stages
Assigned - Assigned to an Estimator
Accepted - Estimator has accepted quote
Start - Estimator has started and working on job
Pending - Job is on hold due to missing information (client is contacted before this is selected)
QA1 - Estimator has finished job and is now is our first checking process
QA2 - First checking process is complete and now at second checking process stage
Ready For Delivery - Job is completed and about to be send back to client
Closed - This job is completed and had been sent out to customer.
See an example of the Quote Tracker As well as the convenience of tracking jobs; we store every plan for every job online which can be downloaded by the merchant at any time. This gives our merchants the peace of mind to know that if they need access to the plans, they can download their own copy. This is especially useful if clients misplace their own copy of plans or if only one copy was sent in to us and another copy is urgently needed.
With our bigger clients we can discuss your system requirements and develop an importing tool, which will enable us to link our system in with yours. Each file can then upload straight into your pricing system with your own sku’s and products. You will then be able to apply your own pricing easily.
